TRUMPINGTON MEADOWS PH6+7

Cambridge

Phases 6 and 7 at Trumpington Meadows extends the urban grain from the earlier phases of development with an additional 125 homes. A clear and legible hierarchy of streets, lanes and pathways bring a sense of order and a natural feeling of familiarity. The network of streets and spaces have been designed to connect seamlessly with Trumpington village and the future phases of Trumpington Meadows. A variety of contemporary homes have been designed that meet particular requirements and specification of both affordable and marketable properties. These features have been incorporated into a wide cross section of dwelling sizes ranging from two to five bedroom houses, grand townhouses and an apartment building which fronts the Country Park. Individual houses have been designed to bridge the gap between modern living whilst making strong connections with the existing houses in Trumpington and Granchester.

Cutting through phases 6 and 7 is a green corridor – a pedestrian friendly route connecting Consort Avenue and the Country Park. Church Green sits at the crossroads where Consort Avenue connects with Greenway Park and acts as a gateway to the Country Park.
