HOLLANDGREEN

Kensington, London

Hollandgreen is three new residential apartment buildings at the site of the former Commonwealth Institute on Kensington High Street. The project includes the alteration and refurbishment of the existing Grade II* Listed 1960’s building with its distinctive parabolic copper roof, which is to become the new home of the Design Museum.

With OMA, we are jointly appointed for the creation of three new stone-clad apartment buildings that are set parallel to the museum building within a new landscape adjacent to Holland Park. Creating strong sculptural cubic volumes the buildings provide 58 highly specified apartments together with a spa, swimming pool and car parking within a private basement.
