REVISED VAUXHALL SQUARE GETS THE GO AHEAD
Lambeth Council has granted amended planning permission to Vauxhall Square, an important new development at Vauxhall, Nine Elms in London. The change replaces a previously planned four-star hotel with a further 108,586 ft² (10,088 m²) of grade A offices, increasing the office element in the scheme to over 350,000 ft². The change will provide much needed new office space to a part f London that is under supplied and facing ever-higher office costs. The scheme, designed by Allies and Morrison for CLS Holdings plc, forms an integral part of the overall regeneration of Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Battersea.
