Refurbishment appointment with the Wellcome Trust
The Wellcome Trust has appointed Allies and Morrison to refurbish the panel rooms at its headquarters, the Gibbs Building, in London. The award winning building, located on Euston Road was designed by Hopkins Architects and completed in 2004. The existing panel rooms, which occupy about half of the ground floor, are at the heart of the Wellcome Trust and central to its grant-giving activities. They are used for meetings, interviews and events. Their refurbishment aims to inspire and promote the well-being of those who use them on a daily basis while also projecting through their design the Wellcome Trust’s support of science and art, and its core values of openness and innovation.
The Wellcome Trust is an independent global charitable foundation dedicated to improving health through science, research and engagement with society
