MAX KETTENACKER SPEAKS ABOUT ASH COURT AT THE ENDURING PERFORMING SEMINAR, THE CONCRETE CENTRE
This evening Max Kettenacker, Associate Director, is speaking at the Enduring Performance – Design Considerations for future proofing buildings at the Concrete Centre.
Max is delivering a case study on Ash Court, a new student accommodation wing at Girton College, as part of the Concrete Centre’s exploration of alternative methods of natural ventilation and cooling that overcome the challenges of noise, security and pollutions in urban locations. The case study goes into detail about the strategies and details that were employed to meet the BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and 100 year design life the building has achieved.
