BD ARCHITECTURE BOOK CLUB REVIEW: THE FABRIC OF PLACE
The BD Architecture Book Club have written a review of ‘The Fabric of Place’. Edited by Di Haigh and Bob Allies, the book is an exploration of how places work and how design can contribute to their future evolution. The book combines brief but comprehensive case studies of individual projects by Allies and Morrison, essays relating to specific aspects of the work, and observations on the history of urbanism and the tools of contemporary urban practice.
